Scopes: ZAMR Engineering was engaged by Aslan Lewis Pty Ltd for the provision of RMS project verification services associated with stormwater drainage works and access to the property. This included the provision of:

· Forensic Audit of works already completed for compliance to WAD requirements and RMS specifications
· Project Verification Report for the completed works

Project Description: 391-393 Kingsway Caringbah is a New Generation Boarding House development consisting of 66 self-contained boarding rooms and a basement car park containing 33 car spaces strategically located within the Caringbah Medical Precinct between two train stations.
Scopes: ZAMR Engineering was engaged by Abuild Pro for the provision of RMS project verification services associated with road works, sormwater drainage works, traffic facilities and utilities adjustments including electrical power pole relocation works besides access to the property.
This included the provision of:
