Amenities at Parramatta Islamic Cultural Centre

Client: Parramatta Islamic Cultural Association

Location: 1/150 Marsden St, Parramatta NSW 2150

Project Description: ZAMR Engineering was engaged to provide the service from architectural design stage to construction stage, in a multi storey commercial/residential complex at first floor level. Demolition of existing amenities and facilities, construction of new amenities and facilities at first floor level of multi storey complex building.
The scope involved construction of two separate facilities for Male and Female. Male facilities included 4 toilets, 1 disables toilet, 1 showering facility and 10 ablution spaces with all associated works
Female facilities included 2 toilets, 1 disables toilet, 1 showering facility and 7 ablution spaces with all associated works.

Scopes: The scope of works included:
– Demolition of existing amenities and facilities
– Architectural Design of amenities facilities for the Community Centre
– Custom Design and fabrication of Sitting and standing stainless steel ablution System
– Detailed Hydraulic, Drainage and Electrical design
– Construction of separate facilities for Male and Female amenities 16 ablution spaces, 8 toilet and 2 showering facilities

Bexley Childcare Centre

Client: Mammoth Projects

Location: 13-15 Rye Ave Bexley NSW 2207

Project Description: Bexley Childcare Project consisted of Design and Construction of a two-storey childcare centre accommodating 109 children, 24 staff. Bexley childcare centre has a basement level parking, parent lounge, digital playground, art room and interactive music wall.

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering was engaged by Mammoth for structural design of Bexley childcare centre including the design of roof and beam elements, columns and walls, lift core shafts, stairs, footings, OSD and retaining walls. ZAMR Engineering also provided support during construction phase.

Concrete Sleeper & Block Retaining Wall Design in Toongabbie

Location: 30 Smith Street, Wentworthville NSW 2145

Project Description: ZAMR Engineering had engaged by client to undertake
structural design of 24m concrete sleeper retaining wall and
10m block retaining wall.

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering is engaged by the client to provide the service included site inspection, detailed survey investigation, site measurement, structural design, concrete design, timber design, driveway design, preparation of IFC drawings, landscaping design, support during the construction of retaining wall, design management, stakeholder management and engagement with other suppliers.

 

Double storey, Dual Occupancy at Smith Street Wentworthville, NSW

Location: 30 Smith Street, Wentworthville NSW 2145

Project Description: The project consisting demolition of existing dwelling, and construction of new double storey attached dual occupancy. The site is located on Smith street which is 10 minutes walking distance from Wentworthville railway station and 7 minutes walking distance from Wentworthville shopping centre.

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering is engaged by the client to provide the service from architectural design stage to construction stage. The design scopes of the project includes preparation of drawings for DA and CC applications, 3D modelling and rendering by Revit, concept & detailed design and structural design. The construction scopes of the project includes cost estimation & analysis, project management, construction of underground OSD tank and landscaping works for swimming pool.

Electrical Vehicle Charging Station

Client: CNH Industrial Australia

Location: 31-53 Kurrajong Rd, St Marys NSW 2760

Project Description:

CNH Industrial Australia Pty Limited is a foreign-owned private company, deriving revenue from the importation, marketing, wholesale and retail finance of agricultural and construction equipment, as well as the manufacture, distribution and servicing of commercial vehicle and spare parts.

Objective of the project is to help CNHI warehouse operations improve safety in MHE Charing Area by redesigning and consolidation of forklift charging. By redesign electrical charging station, it can help to improve risk assessment rating from “high risk” level to moderate risk and increase pallet storage space.

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering engaged by CNH Industrial to undertake the works for establishing a 50 MHE charging station. Scopes of the works included design and reconstruction of MHE charging station including power supply to the facility, design and installation of all circuits and power outlets in coordination with the MHE Fleet supplier, flooring for the facility including all floor coatings and walkway painting & line marking, wall lining, walkway railing and plumbing works for battery charging. The scope also included supply and installation of pallet racking, as the space above the charging units was design to store warehouse storage materials.

Extension and renovation of Property at Coonong Road

Location: Coonong Road, Gymea Bay, NSW 2227

Project Description: The project is the design and construction of retaining wall and balcony extension for residential detached house. The total length of the designed retaining wall is 2km. The front retaining walls and rear retaining walls are designed as timber structure.

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering provided structural design services and preparation of full set of Engineering Drawings for Construction Certificate Application. Design scopes included:
– Extension of the double storey house (Timber/Steel Structure)
– Design of upto 2.5m heigh retainingwall supporting the neighbouring property
– Design of family Spa structure and associated components
– Design of up 2m high retaining wall supporting the backyard extension
– design of protection for the sewer line under the retaining walls

Landscaping Design

Location:  Woomargame Rise, North Kellyville NSW 2155

Project Description: The project is the design and The project is design and construction of retaining wall and front fence for residential housing. The total length of the retaining wall is approximately 650m. The front retaining walls are brick block structure and the rear retaining walls are concrete slipper structure.

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering provided services for Landscaping Design both at the front and rear of the property. The scope included:
– Assessment of existing retaining walls between the block
– Landscaping Design at the backyard of the property involving stepped retaining walls
– Design of front yard, Landscaping and front propety wall
– Design of Concrete sleeper, concrete block and concrete retaining walls
– Subsoil drainage design
– Design of rain gardent bed.

Northern suburbs Memorial Gardens Building services

Project Description: ZAMR Engineering (known as Deleg8 at the time) was engaged to provide internal and external refurbishment and rectification of the roof and leaking issues along with other associated works to Northern suburbs Memorial Gardens Buildings in accordance with the Technical Documents and in particular the heritage requirements of the Site.

Northern suburbs Memorial Gardens Retaining Walls - Structural Inspections

Project Description: ZAMR Engineering (known as Deleg8 at the time) was engaged to undertake structural inspection, report defects’ making recommendation for fixing the retaining wall. state 1- inspection and report .stage 2- implementation of recommendation and provide certification upon accomplishment of all identified defects.

Property Extension Design at Lilli Pilli

Project Description: The project is the design and construction of proposed carport and rasied deck at Lilli Pilli. The project scopes include design of carport floor slab, carport roof slab/ raised deck slab, stairs from carport level to raised deck and columns for supporing the deck slab.
ZAMR Engineering was hired for the carport design. Hydraulic and structural design of proposed underground On site Detention (OSD) tank as a part of construction of carport and raised deck including preparatioin of erosion and sedimentation control plans was undertaken by us.

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering provided structural design services and preparation of full set of Engineering Drawings for Construction Certificate Application. Design scopes included:
– design of carport floor slab,
– carport roof slab/ raised deck slab including columns and beams,
– above ground swimming pool
– stairs from carport level to raised deck and columns for supporing the deck slab.Extension of the
– underground on-site detension tank, under the carport floor slab

Single storey, Dual Occupancy at Wheelers Lane Dubbo NSW

Project Description: The project consists of construction of new single storey attached dual occupancy. The main dwelling comprises four generous bedrooms, main bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. Three separate living spaces including the covered alfresco area. Master bedroom with en-suite.

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering is engaged to provide the service from architectural design stage to construction stage. The design scopes of the project includes preparation of drawings for DA and CC applications, 3D modelling and rendering by Revit, concept & detailed design and structural design.
The construction scopes of the project includes cost estimation & analysis, project management, and construction of dwellings including:

Terra Santa Crypts

Client: Invocare Australia Pty Ltd

Location: Pinegrove Memorial Park, Kington St, Minchinbury NSW 2770

Project Description: The Terra Santa Crypts Project at Pinegrove Memorial Park, Minchinbury NSW, included design and construction of 924 crypts including indoor and outdoor crypts, family vaults, access road, retaining wall, landscaping, stormwater drainage works and retention basin, access roads and car parking spaces.

The Terra Santa crypt complex is the largest in the southern hemisphere. The Crypt Complex is designed to incorporate environmental aspects of natural light, covered walkways and featured courtyard areas. Terra Santa showcases stunning water features, gardens, bronze art, detailed landscaping and Stations of the Cross glass etchings as part of the development.

Scopes: The design scope included Architectural Design of the complex, carrying out Geotechnical investigations including site contamination and salinity assessment, Civil Engineering Design Plans for access road, car parking, kerb and gutter, stormwater drainage, Structural Engineering Design Plans, Statement of Environmental Effects, Development Approval, Construction Certificate Approvals.

The construction scope included carrying out site preparation works, earthworks and construction of the crypts complex, access road including kerbs and gutters, drainage works including bio-retention basin

WNBull Funeral Parlour, New Town

Client: Invocare Australia

Location: Newtown

Project Description: Refurbishment of Heritage listed stables now being used as a garage and coffin storage for WNBULL funeral parlour

Scopes: ZAMR Engineering (formerly Deleg8) engaged by Invocare Australia for restoration of a Heritage property in Newtown to a Funeral Parlour.
The scope involved repoint cracks and inserting render mesh along full length of the building, mechanically pinning the mesh to brickwork and Installing 6mm helifix corner crack stitching.
Install vertical and horizontal steel bracing to internal brickwork. Brickwork had extensive cracking under the render, so therefore epoxy were used in helical bars for crack stitching and install steel columns inside.
Besides the structural repairs the project involved all associated works including Hydraulic, electrical and Mechanical HVAC to suit to the intended use of the property as Funeral Parlour.
