Managing Director

Khalid Javed

Khalid has more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering delivering infrastructure projects through all phases of their lifecycle. He has worked on a number of high ticket projects in diverse environments, including state and local government, along with consulting and contracting organisations.

Executive Advisor

Mike Veysey

Mike has worked in a number of Senior Executive positions for 18 years covering the policy, strategy, programming, planning and service delivery areas in Roads and Maritime Services  (RMS). He facilitated organizational change, improved communication links between RMS and Transport for NSW and other stakeholders. Additionally, he led  structural reforms to improve their operational effectiveness and efficiency. On top of that, Mike successfully negotiated good outcomes between different parties and stakeholders, helping them reach consensus on projects.

Principal Structural Designer

Gunvant Vaghela

Gunvant is a full-stack structural engineer whose experience ranges from conducting feasibility studies to developing detailed designs/design documentation. He has developed and managed tender and detailed structural designs for a number of high-ticket Australian infrastructure projects, including the Queensland Airport Link, Westlink M7, and Lane Cove Tunnel. He has also led design teams on some of these projects.

Principal Project Manager

Dev Sithiravelu

Dev has over 30 years of experience, including over 25 years of experience working with NSW RMS. He has worked as a professional engineer internationally in engineering management roles.

Civil Design Lead

Hina Fatima

Hina is a well-rounded engineer with more than 15 years of experience in Road and Highways alignment design, traffic analysis and pavement design. She has been involved in the detailed design and delivery of both minor and major roads and infrastructure projects. She has excellent knowledge of Transport for NSW (Roads and Maritime) and Local Council Standards and is well versed with the use of 3D Civil, 12D, Eagle Point (Road Calc) and AutoCAD design software.

Project engineer

Kah Yong Tan

Kah is a project engineer who is well experienced in working with Transport for NSW and different councils and has been responsible for project investigations, planning and management of infrastructure projects. Kah has experience in quality control of the work and monitoring and managing work health safety and environment controls. He has experience in preparing construction program, projects delivery and project progress reports. He also gained technical competence with Transport standard drawings, processes and specifications. He also has developed understanding in job costing, quality control, and procurement of materials and hired plant.
